Good benefits, most people are very nice! Company is very transparent about what is going on.

Cons

No formal training, it’s a figure it out yourself environment. Don’t ask too many questions while you’re figuring it out. Asked for guidance during training and didn’t get a response, then was blamed later for not getting it done.
