No IT support. Toxic culture. Lies about work/life balance. Always changing things, so nothing you do ever lasts.

Working at Stearns has changed my life. With the great opportunities and the many perks we have as employees. I will be appreciative to Kelly and Norm for all they do and my Stearns family.

To me there is no down side.

Company communicates developments. Believes in work life balance. and a lot of good perks.

Cons

Training is very minimal because there are not any written procedures and the staff do not sit with you to help process they are unorganized in procedures. Communication is not valued.
