Kelly the CEO who took over ruined Stearns bank does not care about employees. Terrible management that has favorites kisses up to upper management treats people below them like trash unrealistic goals

Stearns Bank has incredible and unique benefits that support employees throughout their careers. Some benefits include tuition repayment, childcare reimbursement, and elder care reimbursement up to $5000 every year. Some health insurance has no premium cost, and there are a lot of career development opportunities. Stearns also has an extremely strong ESOP retirement and 401k plan.

Cons

As an employee owner, the expectations are high and team members work hard. If people like being a part owner and a fast pace this is a great place to work.
