Smart and competent colleagues, opportunity to improve healthcare around the world, and a lot of flexibility over what you work on for those who do well.

Cons

For those who want to work remotely, Epic isn't the right place. There's opportunities to travel or work in an international office, but opportunities to work from home are limited. A lot of people have been unhappy about this and have posted negative reviews.

good pay, travel bonuses, cool campus, honestly cool software

Cons

living in wisconsin they give kids straight out of college these huge and expansive hospital IT projects to work on and then get upset when customers aren't happy. ?? Worked 70+ hr weeks even when I wasn't traveling. Silo'd information makes it impossible for you to miss a day of work without feeling like you're letting down an entire hospital
