Pros

Supervision stays off your back for the most part and let's you prioritize what you see fit mostly.

Cons

Upkeep of equipment is poor. When things break it takes forever to get fixed or replaced. You'll work yourself to death hand cleaning everything.

Pros

The talk is nice, it sounds great on paper. Seems way above board starting off. Pay is great, promise of benefits sounds nice if followed through. HR cares, but are still a part of protecting the company first and foremost.

Cons

The talk is just talk. The sentiment may be there by some, but the attitude it's the usual toxic hurry hurry ignore all the safety things I just told you we revered. Management attitudes need to be curtailed, and if an employee is a problem, cut them, especially the ones that have been "established". Totally unorganized.
