Pros

I worked in the office, not a plant. The environment is friendly and helpful. There are many additional perks, tickets to games, nights out, food trucks, and a holiday party. The various departments work well together.

Cons

Customers can be difficult at times, must be comfortable on the phone.

Pros

You get out of what you put into this company. While it may take a few years to be recognized (and promoted) - the company continues to expand and needs good people. The cream will rise and this is a place where you can make a career.

Cons

Sometimes there are some slackers that stick around (or are kept around) longer than they should be - but I think (and hope) that this is the result of management giving them extra chances to pick up their game. This can get frustrating when you are busting your hump - but it does get fixed (just not as fast as I would like it to some times)...
