Great mission and colleagues, they have high standards for employees so you work with good people. The work is challenging, and can evolve over your career to fit your interests and desired growth path. You are given a lot of flexibility in what you choose to work on. The campus is great, well maintained. Compensation is exceptional, and you are rewarded for your work and efforts.

Cons

Change in process/benefits can take time, Epic is risk averse so they are very methodical and measured in how they implement changes.

The people are all very nice, but you are limited by the size of the plant, as there is only an inspection line so we do pms like every 2 weeks and they can take as little as 5 minutes to do.

Cons

The pay Isn't the best and you are very limited by the factory itsself
