Workers have pride in their work and quality is important to the worker as well as the owners. There is a cooperation between department that makes new initiatives easier to push and make transitions to new procedures more smooth.

Cons

There some tough times in the steel business, so bonuses vary by year, but the owners communicate the business climate to employees to avoid surprises.
