Great base pay, plenty of overtime opportunity if you're into working overtime.

Cons

Vacation policy, Benefits, 401k match, Overtime if you're not into that, "Don't Fix it Until it Breaks" mentality, Workers are just "bodies".

I have no positive things about working at Steel Warehouse.

Cons

Daily meetings for inside sales to beg the owner to put their orders on the production schedule, and having to call clients back when you weren't sufficiently pathetic to get their orders on. Substandard pay/benefits. Hazardous conditions in the warehouse. Owner would fast and take his anger out on employees. Office/management having a very indiscreet affair at the office. When I found out, made up a reason and fired me.
