      Most Racist Company I Ever Worked For

      Pros

      This is good opportunity for someone who is new to the IT field and need to get their feet wet. You might be able to use it as a way to get your foot in the door with other bigger & better companies that Stefanini may currently be providing support for as long as management or no one else tries to cut you down.

      Cons

      You can report issues that you currently have with individuals but nothing of substance will be done about it. Management is weak and let employees under them push them around. Their promote people who have done terrible activities such as tell racist jokes, taking gum out of their mouths and put it on other people simply because he is likeable to the right people. Promotion is very rare and limited. You can do the best work and get no more than .25 cents a raise after a year. If you this company's name, run away.

      RUN RUN RUN... Not a good employer

      I have nothing positive to say about this place.

      Cons

      I read the reviews prior to joining I should have taken in what others wrote! This place pays folks a very very very low salaries and thinks that giving people pies as in fruit pies for an appreciation day is ok or having a BBQ in the parking lot is OK. If your not in Southfield, MI your lost in the US and have NO i mean NO support from management. They didn't want to honor my time off that I negotiated prior to joining (good i had the emails prior to joining and they had to honor). Had 3 different reporting managers within a few months. I NEVER write reviews on past employer's good or bad but this one I have to tell folks RUN... Not a place you want to work for...
