      Good starting point with little reason to stay

      Pros

      Good way to get into IT. My team was supportive (which will differ depending on what project you're on). 100% work from home.

      Cons

      Very weak starting pay. Raises are almost nonexistent and do not follow cost of living. Promotional and cross-training opportunities are extremely rare.

Starting compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and local market conditions. Unfortunately, we cannot influence another company's compensation. But Stefanini's total rewards program extends beyond compensation to include benefits, paid time off, continuing education programs, and discounts.
