      The Cheapest MSP around, hires the worst techs and pays them table scraps

      Severely Underpaid Work

      - Working from home - Professional non-discriminating corporate environment

      Cons

      This company SEVERELY underpays their employees, and has shown that they have no intensions to address this. It is not a livable wage in modern day. It's not even competitive within the Service Desk Technician line of work! Or really any line of work! Pretty much every fast food place pays more than this company does at this point.

At this time, our compensation has been deemed appropriate for the market and economic environment. There are other ways to achieve higher compensation, including a promotion.       Stepping stone - dont stick around

      Not a lot really, it's a job and they do tuition reimbursement if that's important to you

      Cons

      The pay is criminally low, doesn't even keep up with inflation regardless if you are doing a good job or not. No room for advancement, at all.
