      Pros

      The company started out being great. But as the Management changed at the Customer level. It turned into a Negative place to work. Employee's, aren't treated well.

      Cons

      Bad management, need an overhaul. Bad Management, don't stand up for Employees. They put the Customer first. Going in the wrong direction.

      Little communication, no warning or improvement recommendations before being let go. No overtime. No leadership.

      Downfalls to large companies

      Pros

      Pay was very reasonable for my position, insurance was affordable and decent, and hours were fair. The workload was fair when I started but ended as completely unbearable due to layoffs. We ended up with a skeleton crew so the amount of work performance required I don’t feel was humanly possible.

      Cons

      HR means well but I think they just don’t fully care about employees because they’re replaceable. It’s a large company so it feels like employees are just disposable and invaluable. I really loved my job here in the beginning but it just ended in a total toxic mess. Management here is the worst I’ve ever experienced in all my 15 years of working. Employee satisfaction at Stefanini really depends on what position and client you’re matched with. I worked for an awful AWFUL client. I would not recommend Stefanini. Sometimes it’s better to avoid large companies like this because the workload doesn’t match the pay. They work with the absolute bare minimum crew. Be prepared to be completely overloaded with work everyday.
