Management is horrible, you can do great work and the second you mess up they will find a way to get you fired, no room for growth, you can go above and beyond and they won't even recognise your hard work. No pay raises only merit increase at a max of 5% which equals less than a dollar if you're lucky. They hire new people in at a higher wage then the current employees. If you ask for a raise they will say its not in their budget. Benefits are very expensive. They only match 1.75% on 401k but you have to allocate 6% of your pay check to get that. They over promise services to clients that they can't or barely deliver on. They don't practice what they preach. Don't get your hopes up thinking you'll move up in this company if you put in the hard work.

Don't expect your IT skills to matter in this company. You will actually get farther in this company by NOT working hard and 'passing the buck' to the next guy who's willing to do the work. You may get the occasional fake praise for your hard work, but in the end, the person who comes in late everyday and slacks off is the one who will keep their job. It's all about the ability to charm your supervisors and pass the popularity contest because, after all, they are insecure and know nothing about IT. Turnover is high, particularly with management. There is no consistency as to how procedures are done, how knowledge is disseminated, how training is done, who does what and what their job titles are, how benefits are administered, etc. Don't expect long-term employment as they have been outsourcing jobs overseas. They are, after all, an IT outsourcing company. There is always tension in the air and a strong sense of distrust amongst co-workers, which leads to a very stressful and depressing experience.
