      Pros

      At first everyone seemed young, hard working, and focused. I think they were either all brain washed or too scared to actually think outside the box.

      Cons

      Any sort of reccommendation to streamline and make work more cost effective was taken as an insult or you had an attitude.

      Pros

      A good place to get some "IT" related skills for your resume. They have some well known and respectable clients.

      Cons

      Low pay only nets low skilled workers, poor executive leadership, employee morale needs work. I think executives see agents as stats and dollar signs only. Most projects suffer some quality issues and high turnover because of the low wages. There is no project training standard. I was hoping when Stefanini bought TechTeam, that we would see significant changes. Sadly, the only real change seems to be the name on the building.

      Hmmm. The employees I worked with really want to do a great job...however....cons

      Cons

      Don't believe the hype that they respect their employees. Nonsense. Some deals sold were so poorly structured that every team member, and I mean 100%, were burned-out and replaced, sometimes twice, less than half way through the lousy-written and structured contracts. This is a MANAGEMENT problem, not an employee problem....but did any company manager/director get fired or replaced? NOPE, just the workers.
