      Pros

      Some people, as with most places, are great. Others, a good portion in upper management, are not. Can learn the basics / entry level computer support. Some training provided but depends on the project.

      Cons

      Schedule - can be hard to get a set schedule, specially for help desk technicians. Pay - most pay is below standards for the area / position. Advancement - very little room for advancement.
