Low pay. HR replies with something about compensation analysis, etc., but they are fooling themselves. Stefanini is one of the lowest paying managed service providers.
They have serious service quality issues because the pay isn't much above minimum wage in many cases. The helpdesks cannot attract truly qualified agents. After a few months, the good ones leave and make $1-5 hr more!
Horrible culture. Again, HR will reply with something about diversity and inclusion, but your stats don't reflect the reality of what your employees see and how they feel. Minorities rarely get ahead and oh, sure, they have an LGBTQ group, but until the Supreme Court ruled in 2020 that it was illegal, you could still be fired for being gay! They would not add "sexual orientation" into their non-discrimination policy. The group was created for show.
The "leadership" team is filled with people who have been there 15+ years and have zero understanding of how companies have evolved and how the workforce has changed. There's quite a few team leaders/managers who were desperate for a job and Stefanini offered them a low paying lifeline.
Terrible benefits. The 401K match is a total joke. In fact, its frozen with no match at the moment. No bonuses, but your competitors offer 10-15% performance bonuses! PTO is offered at a bare minimum and you cant carry it over, And in case you ever need it (they do lose accounts!), the severance policy is pitiful. You'll get like 2 weeks pay.
For the positive reviews on here - I am sure some are happy. It's not doom and gloom every day, and many folks work at client locations where they are more like the clients employee but collecting a pay check from Stefanini. It can make a big difference in your experience. However, a few weeks after you're hired, HR will ask you to create a Glassdoor review. I'd be wary of the ones who have worked here for "less than a year", as they are likely to be part of that group and are still enjoying their honeymoon phase of employment.
