Friendly and inviting atmosphere. Open concept. Great coworkers.

Cons

Lacks work/life balance for leadership. Should not be expected to work/check in consistently while on PTO.

Pros

The work is fairly easy, and the clients are pretty cool to work for.

Cons

Building is kind of old, in need of renovation even though it was repainted / re-carpeted a few years ago. Low pay for bad work/life balance, not enough employees on some desks and high turnover rate. This office gets forgotten about while the Soutfield office gets all the good perks and new toys. While management promises to make changes, I really doubt things will change.
