Pros

-Bi-weekly salary compensation (no petsa de peligro) -Great knowledge opportunity. Many things to learn, additional skills you can use outside the organization (depends on the project you're based to) -HMO provided and life insurance

Cons

-Annual increase is not that big even if you're a performer -HMO will be provided upon regularization and dependents are not fully covered (you have to pay the 50% of the monthly premium)

Great teammates, but company is only focused in profits

Pros

Great colleagues with positive mood Some areas/departments have an easy going environment. Opportunities to work and travel to different countries in Latin America. Flexible work hours

Cons

Some areas/departments have a very tight, stiff and close control over the employees. No training plan. Is mostly learn by yourself with your own mediums. Office equipment outdated, some chairs aren't even appropriate or have some kind of issue. Low salaries. Only raised to comply with the law.
