      Really small wages for l1-l2-l3 ops. Competitive collective, not friendly at all.

      Good place to start, nice place to grow

      Pros

      If you want to learn, grow and experience this is the place. You will have the chance to grow if you wish, oportunities wil allways show. They are investing in people, ITIL Course, technical course, management courses if you are in middle managemnt or senior management. Sometimes maybe is not enough but you got to ask for the trainings, if you are doing your job I am pretty sure they’ll find a way to gave you the trainings you want. They have infrastructure support so you can experience that if you are interested. There are some bonuses from the client mostly, if you did your job! You have massage services offered with discount inside HQ in Bucharest. You can get a parking lot if you are in management, middle or senior.

      Cons

      The working area in Bucharest is terrible! It’s a bit overcrowded during lunch, toilets are not 100% functional and clean. The air conditioned not properly managed, not so much natural light next to working area, so it was a bit depressing.
