      Paid every 2 weeks, paid straight time for hours > 40

      Cons

      Expensive benefits, no 401k, because I was a w2 paid contractor, I did not receive any paid holidays, sick days or vacation days. Because I was 'placed' at a 3rd party company, if the company was closed for holidays, I was not paid for any days the 3rd party company was closed. If you are looking to work as a w2 contractor - factor into your hourly rate compensation time for holdays-vacations-sick days.

      No open communication, unexperienced lower management, HR is very double faced.

We agree that opening up a career path for each of our employees is critically important. We always post our job openings internally so our employees get a chance to apply for rotations and promotions. Employees are encouraged to discuss their careers with their managers and HR.       looks good on your resume and you can also learn a lot

      stressful environment, no proper computers to work on, no internal survey, hr is insensitive to complaints and sugestions

      Hello, I agree, there's a lot to learn while working at Stefanini. The experience employees gain using our modern IT processes and the variety of free online training and certifications we offer can be extremely valuable. I'm sorry to hear that you found our environment to be stressful. Though I can't be sure which location you were at, I can say that the Southfield office has a vibrant, energetic atmosphere. Our office can be fast paced, but we strongly believe we have the proper support in place for all of our employees to succeed.
