      Flextime, opportunity for four ten hour days in Summer every other week

      Cons

      Accounting Management team discourages teambuilding and restricts employees to work within silo's. Communication outside of department is highly frowned upon.

      People on my team are nice to work with Management is ok

      some requests take too much time to be properly satisfied, sometimes. Work related/logistics, of course.

      Pros

      There is no any bonuses, promotions and this is not open-minded company. Their goal to make economy as much as possible. You may work on one an the same position for years.

      Cons

      Promotions given mostly not to people with professional qualities, but for members of family or as per " I like your face" category.
