Hello, Thank you for the response. I'm disappointed that you didn't have a great experience working for Stefanini. We agree that opening up a career path for each of our employees is critically important. We always post our job openings internally so our employees get a chance to apply for rotations and promotions. Employees are encouraged to discuss their careers with their managers and HR. Hello, I agree, there's a lot to learn while working at Stefanini. The experience employees gain using our modern IT processes and the variety of free online training and certifications we offer can be extremely valuable. I'm sorry to hear that you found our environment to be stressful. Though I can't be sure which location you were at, I can say that the Southfield office has a vibrant, energetic atmosphere. Our office can be fast paced, but we strongly believe we have the proper support in place for all of our employees to succeed. As a member of HR, I am deeply concerned that you found our department to be insensitive to complaints and suggestions.
