Thank you for the review! I’m glad you enjoyed working for Stefanini.
It’s true that being promoted can be difficult. Usually it takes a combination of high performance and having the necessary experience. That being said, promotions are not uncommon here. In fact, many of our management level employees started with us in entry level positions. Employees are encouraged to proactively discuss their career aspirations with their manager as well as HR to advance their careers. Thanks again for the feedback, and best of luck!
