Pros

Good pay, ok benefits, pension wasn't fantastic. Had options to buy stock with the company kicking in 10%. The people were good to work with, and willing to help each other out. Manager was down to earth.

Cons

Company definitely didn't want to spend money on the plant and it showed. A lot of the methods and process were pieced together and pretty cowboy. Lockouts and SOPs weren't really a thing there, and so safety could have been improved greatly.

Pros

Good pay and good boss. All the employee are nice people too. Great job really. I don't have much too say against it. I feel lucky to had to opportunity to work there.

Cons

Repetitive task and can be dirty when the weather is bad.
