No money to spend on things they need but will waste money on everything else. Complete absence of leadership, they are there they just aren’t leaders. Pole industry is collapsing and very little money in lumber.

Great package with all medical & dental coverage, RRSP matching, and profit-sharing. Nice people and atmosphere.

Cons

Work starts at 8 am, but you have a full hour for lunch break and 3 days in the office.
