      Great benefits and hours , Decent pay

      Cons

      Force balancing is done. Not truthful to top customers about their inventory. You will discriminate and retaliate against you if you become a whistleblower. manipulating and lies from management. Unorganized. Rules for certain people. Constant stress.

      Good pay but not good enough for what you have to put up with

      Cons

      Some management lies, yells and shouts at people. Unsafe working conditions and risks lives to save money. Asks staff to manipulate creosote inventory numbers, misrepresent sales figures and remain quiet about discrimination and harassment.

      Very unorganized and poor decision making. Politics are a huge part of this company. Not transparent, management tells you what you want to hear and then does another.
