I worked at the brand flagship store in London, UK. If you want to get immersed in the luxury retail field, well, SMC is the place for you. Fast-paced, busy, with a very interesting and varied clientele, from one time shoppers to celebrities. There is never a dull moment, especially during the Holiday period and, if you have a bit of empathy, you can really learn how to read customers and how to quickly understand their needs and the way they want to be helped. Great variety of goods, beautiful environment.

Cons

Bonding with colleagues is hard, due to the high level of competition. The air is always tense.
