Lots of experienced co-workers and a great place to learn, pay is decent and the benefits are also good

Cons

Lots of indiscriminate lay-offs recently with a lot of work being outsourced and people being replaced by contract workers which is draining morale; Lots of turn over with the contract workers as they realize they will not be made internal employees and find better opportunities elsewhere
