Pros

Overall company culture is good. Very good at providing excellent customer service. Value add offering is exceptional.

Cons

Some in Upper Management were out of touch. Reporting structure wasn't good for Branch Managers

Good culture and have made strategic business partnerships that have been helpful with their growth and account penetration abilities.

Cons

Growth via acquisitions of competitors has put a burden on financial numbers and commitment levels made to the board of directors which resulted in good quality employees being laid off.

Location was great, drive was amazing, meet some great people.

Cons

No training provided on how to do anything! No manuals. You had to learn buy trial and error.
