Pros

clients are awesome the only reason

Cons

Sued for a REASON. They LOST. Supervisors need to change or they will be shut down. Wrongful termination of employees, corrupt HR, and pay cheats are some of the reasons. This company better get it together before everyone loses there jobs. Clients are the only reason to stay, this company treats its employees poorly with the most corrupt supervisors warning. I never worked for this company but know people who did. be who who they claim to be . empower people by treating them right, including employees

Pros

Commendable work, great team environment (among staff)

Cons

Upper management was continuously inconsistent in policy implementation (would have different rules for different people), hold managers accountable (to the same standards as the direct care staff).
