Pros

There’s a lot of downtime on the job depending on which site you work at. You’re given a lot of freedom & don’t have to worry about being micro managed.

Cons

The pay is horrible. You are overworked for little wages & there’s no room for growth. You’re find yourself often doing this outside of your job description & won’t get compensated. The job is unorganized & I often got mandated.

Pros

Overtime, holiday pay, annual and sick time.

Cons

Short staffed constantly, working non stop hours, never get to use sick or annual time, management is oblivious, too top heavy as a company, don't care about their employees.
