Lots of Pros and Cons

Pros

There are always Pros and Cons within each company. Depending on who you are, each pro could be a con and vice versa. I enjoy working with this company. They are understanding, if you need help, they will help. If you do not speak up, they will not know you are struggling. They have really good benefits. Many people now don't care about them, but they help make up part of your salary!

Cons

Not having enough staff. This is a tough field to staff. No one wants to work for $12ish per hour to take care of people. They are a non-profit so most of the time, their hands are tied.

Pros

Consumers were the best part working there, became like family! Program managers are a joke they hardly ever show up and when Ric do have he has no clue whats going on.

Cons

Stay away if at all possible they will use you and dont care about staff. Trust me, Ive seen what upper management/Administration does to their consumers and workers to cover their own butts its shocking..so many better places to work! Awful pay! so many times I have heard upper management during meetings say if the staff dont like the pay they can go flip some burgers then... these are not good people to work for
