At the time we needed more BCBA's but I think this problem has been resolved.
Unethical and fraudulent billing practices, overworked BCBAs with no support, and unequitable pay based on gender. The only "support" that is given is telling BCBAs ways to do the bare minimum to check the boxes and continue making the same amount of money for the owners. When BTs ask for support, they just get less hours. Before accepting a job here, ask around to your BCBA colleagues in Seattle-Tacoma area.
