The pay is very good compared to other jobs in this field, the location is excellent for me, my co-workers are awesome.

Cons

Rigid rules, uncomfortable day-to-day environment, child-like policies and procedures, the integrity of the work, peace of mind.

Pros

Great coworkers. Monetary bonuses for some programs. Phone use reimbursements.

Cons

Issues at managerial level. Clinical client opinions for SCII's are highly criticized when particular PMs do not agree with you. Highly toxic communications during team meetings. Everyone disrespects others and management does not know to handle when meetings turn out that way. Pay raises are not even considered. SCII's do not have same salaries.
