      Pros

      Benefits are slightly above average, pay is pretty good but getting worse with each new commission plan, flexibility, it's big enough to have a certain sense of job security.

      Cons

      Severe lack of training and then questioned for why you've done something wrong, commission/pay plans are going down the drain, horrible reputation among current customers because of price gouging which leads to a difficult sale, treat their employees like numbers or garbage (whichever you prefer), and worst of all - fake values that they preach but don't live.

      Pros

      We have a good work environment at my office, can't speak for other offices. They have good benefits for a family.

      Cons

      The company makes an acquisition they either didn't research, or weren't able to afford. They then proceed to take away all overtime availability based on their poor planning and strand hard working employees without the means they have always had to make ends meet. The pay is sub standard ($3-5 less per hour than similar services in our area) and then overtime is cut off. The company expects top notch professionals but pay bottom of the barrel wages.

      Pros

      The job actually pays fairly well. And a lot of the people and direct managers are a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      I've never worked for a company that makes me feel like such a number. I've done NOTHING but sales my entire career and never felt like such a cog in a machine before. You're encouraged to gouge customers. Sure, it might be cheaper for them to pay additional charges with their current agreement, but have them sign a 60 month agreement that price increases ALL THE TIME. Quotas keep going up with no explanation. Mine has almost tripled in two quarters.
