Pros

Good healthcare benefits and clean bathrooms

Cons

Do you like to be micromanaged daily, then this company is for you. It is an office envirnoment filled with gossipers and backbiters alike in the ranks of management. I have witnessed at least one employee being fired due to the gossip and rumors. The team leads are dysfunctional in the area of communication. If you express any kind of a backbone or an opinion then you are written up and/or threatened with write ups. They are bullies. One or two of the employees have been there far too long to serve any benefit to the lower ranks. The company culture is not a fun and happy place to work. They nitpick the call advisors to the point of tears about call quality even if the caller is rude and disrespectful. They do not care if the call advisor is verbally assaulted. Some team leads do not even know how to take the callsbut are scoring the calls. At one time, they had gotten so hostile to the call advisors, they were not allowed to the restroom. They wanted them chained to their seats to increase their bottomline. The turnover is higer then they would like anyone outside of the company to think and know because they could NOT qualify for the "BEST WORKPLACE IN TEXAS". It is a marketing tool to promote their business to clients. Yes, the turnover in higher management is high as well. This typically resulted in bait and switch techniques. This new manager would enact new policies and procedures appear as if they had the golden ticket to increase of productivity but they did not have it. It again resulted in turnover and gripes/complains on the call center floor.

Pros

401k, healthcare benefits provided, some employees okay to work with but you still have to be careful who you associate with during work hours

Cons

I.T. issues and the department members have disgusting attitudes, management does not listen to employee issues, no room for advancement, hired for full time but only get bare minimal hours but then turn around and offer open shifts, holiday scheduling is horrible

Pros

I really can't think of any. Choice of the company they use for Benefits. However you may need them if you get pricked by a needle. The happiest day of my life was running out the door on my last day.

Cons

They are unethical. I have seen management yell at employees, bully tactic they will call you into the office and beat you down for up to six hours. If they don't like you. You will get the worst truck without heat or air. Nasty no training. Some to the stupidest people I've ever met. They act and talk like hoodlums and brag about their salaries. The smell of the factory is enough to make you sick. They treat the workers uncivilized and degrading. Be careful don't make friends they spy on you. They lead you into talking and conference your manager in without you knowing. (or the idiot thought you didn't know, duhhh) Good luck you will need it! I'm not disgruntled just so grateful to be out of there! I'm making 17 thou more a yr!
