I hated traveling back and forth to meet the supervisor. There were too many appointments spread over the course of the month when all of this could have taken no more than 2 weeks. Have a 4 year degree, and it is not mentally stimulating. It does not challenge the mind. Employee can perform the work in autopilot. I felt like the trash man, no offense to those that are. Employees enter rooms full of mentally or physically impaired patients, and must communicate their purpose for entering. I didn't want to see people in that condition. When I shadowed two employees, they were extremely miserable. I am generally a cheerful and optimistic person, and a job should not bring me to that state. I informally quit because my direct supervisor asked me to send him my hours worked FOUR separate times in two weeks, two verbally and two via the email. That is irresponsible and unorganized management.

-I can't see how this company has a great review!!!! Politics is everything there in Customer service. If anyone in management does not like you for what ever reason, you are then labeled. You wont be able to move anywhere within the company because they will let you interview but never offer you the position! They start me off with low pay, but hired batches of new hires at more pay! Too many personal issues with everyone and a lot of people are back stabbers/liars...I was miserable. There is a HIGH turn around in Customer Service. If you speak up about an issue, management does not like you. They even make up their own rules about policies and what falls under their "umbrella" of a department! -Management leaks employees personal issues out to everyone and information/ rumors spread
