They appreciate you more often (Giving Hi-Five) Often they give treats to their employees Different activities are held for different causes

Cons

They will not help you if you have problems with seating or you are not feeling comfortable with your chair Your hours get cut if you have no calls, you have to go home

The scheduling could be convenient for some people. Probably the benefits are good. The surveys can be interesting. Hours get cut which is good and bad.

Cons

Min wage. Constant monitoring. Picky on big and small issues. Don't like downtown location, that's just cause I don't like downtown.
