      Pros

      Good work culture, with culture ambassadors who actively worked to get employee input and creating events to increase the fun we have and promote good staff relationships. Monthly check-ins to ask for our feedback.

      Cons

      When there were problems that affected the actual work I was doing in the telecommunications department, it took a while for them to be addressed.

      Pros

      Down to earth co workers, good chairs, relaxed atmosphere. Easy job, easy to approach respectable managers. Good medical & dental benefits. Flexible schedule. They keep you up to date on what's new with the company via company only emails

      Cons

      Unpredictable hours, last minute schedule, pay for parking, get sent home early when it's slow so you never know what your taking home in terms of wages. Sometimes senseless drama and people talking behind each others backs when not necessary. Dirty bathroom and dirty lunchroom, dirty floor. Low wages & no room to advance

      Pros

      I was hired through Randstad for a short contract but it was great I had steady reliable hours. The managers were also really polite and it wasn't too strict of an environment. The dress code was very casual as well. I would of loved to stay there longer for the steady pay even though it wasn't too great (I guess the agency does take a lot of cut)

      Cons

      I was only on one account and it was busy at the time of my contract, calls came in one after another and I was literally saying the same exact things and doing the same exact things. It does make you go a little crazy. If you're ok with repetitive work it should be ok for you.
