Cons

No knowledge base, articles no procedures. Doesn’t seem like much real opportunity for advancement. Production bonuses not good. No quarterly or yearly bonuses. Healthy raises not good.

Good culture that promotes learning and growth. Several examples of internal promotions.

Cons

I believe that the expereince whether its good or bad, comes from dealing with people. The policies are more or less similar across all companies. I personally never came across any bad players
