Pros
Wages for new hire employees is very attractive for the area.
Cons
The excessively high turnover rate is a good indicator that there are major problems in the work environment. While the wages are above what you would expect for the area, many of the employees on the production floor are asked to excessive amounts of work and receive very poor training for their perspective jobs. in many cases, operators are placed on jobs with no training as to what a quality product should be. There seems to be an emphasis on production quality at the expense of quality. care for the tooling and secondary equipment is lacking as well as little concern goes into actually having a clean product extracted from many of the machines. Parts are steadily produces with oil and grease stains. There appears to be no forum for general employees to register concerns or ideas of improvements. employees appear to be equated to "Just another part of an undervalued machine." Personally I am surprised that I have continued to be a part of this process for so long. I think its time to give up on this and move on to anything else.
