Pros

Pay and off days. 12 hr shifts mean you only work 15 days per month.

Cons

Low moral. Favoritism. Very high turnover rate. One big contradiction. Upper management is too busy tooting their own horn instead of providing adequate training. Pay is decent but doesn't match job description. Even though it's indoors you are still working in the elements. (120+ in the summer and 50- in the winter... No central heat/air) There is no such thing as a job well done. Manager's, despite how hard you worked on your shift, will knit pick everything that didn't get done vs a simple kudos for the things that did. Stay far far away!

Pros

You can work weekend only. Fri,Sat,Sun or Sat,Sun. You can work more days if you request them. Office staff are really nice Paid every week. 12 hr. shifts. 7 to 7p or 7p to 7.

Cons

Restroom breaks, hot building. Standing on your feet for twelve hrs. With short breaks. If you work Sat and Sun only you can't go permanent.

Many positions for unskilled workers, paying above average wages for the type of position. Many hours of overtime offered. Consistent work schedule. Many days off.

Cons

Poor work environment. Heat, smoke & fumes, poor lighting, safety hazards, 12 hour shifts. Few advancement opportunities. History of poor treatment of labor workers by supervisors and management. Worsening insurance coverage.
