Pros

Pays well Only work for half of the year 3 or 4 day weeks Most of the employees are pretty awesome but you’ll have your two faced people

Cons

12 hour shifts Can have you on up to 4 machines as a IP and 6 lines if your a FP Lazy management On night shift they turn up the machines as fast as they can go. Keep up or you’re quick to go Sooo many more
