The Environment is oppressive and critical thinking or new ideas are discouraged.

Company provides a good income for employees and has a stable sales base.

Cons

Management is out of touch and employees are micro managed. Many employees are treated poorly, and open discussions with other employees is discouraged. Some of the management staff are unethical as well.
