Cons
I came on board when they were doing some changes in the market. I worked on the commercial side of the business which was a newer area. So they were still defining the process. My time at Sterling was amazing! And I definitely think I could have made even more of an impact however a new manager was hired after I had been there a year and he wanted to bring his old team over which affected me. So I don’t think I was given a fair shot. However, he was in charge so it was up to him. That being said I still have full confidence in the owners Brad and Jean! It was a pleasure to work for them!
