Sterling does not micro manage their work force. They have great PTO They have a flexible work from home schedule They are very flexible with your personal needs They care about family

Insurance benefits like most companies are pretty high.

Pros

Excellent medium-sized company in the Midwest with offices throughout the country. Excellent management with a heart for their people and you feel like family. Their ethics, kindness, motivational ways, and their people make Sterling a wonderful place to work and build lasting relationships with others, I love working here! This is by far the best company I have ever worked for.

Cons

The only con I can think of is their HQ location, but when visiting or moving there, the local area and people are really nice!
