They find good paying positions for very good companies we're better pay than other temp services

Cons

The bad side of it is it takes a while for them to find you another job or position and when he do you don't know the location and this can take a couple weeks.

Pros

Benefits, easy to add hours, I don’t have many pros to add. I had very little communication with them due to their lack of professionalism

Cons

Very rude, unsupportive, no follow up and doesn’t work for you to get you a job or help Assist if a temp position ends. Tried to short me on holiday pay and then refused various times to check the number of hours to see if I was owed holiday pay.

Pros

This company has given me the wonderful opportunity to get some gainful electrical testing experience with a major electric company in the Chicago land area. I've learned how to effectively communicate with design engineering about LVE's schematics, software, power distribution and mechanical challenges.

Cons

This is a temporary assignment for the company to accomplish some seasonal quotas. There is a opportunity for permanency but there hasn't been any referrals as of late being a temporary employee can be challenging if one is not an optimist.
