I was a skeptic about recruiting agencies until i met some of the staff at Sterling Engineering. Especially Amy Badal she is what you call a professional smart woman very kind and honest and always responding to my emails and phone calls and Paul too was professional as well i felt like a person not a number. I have seen and heard about other agencies that promise you jobs and make you go in and they have nothing for you but a big waste of time. And points for themselves. With Sterling they found me a job and we met afterwards i excepted the position .

I met Deb Jackson 4 months ago and was immediately impressed. She has worked harder to find me career opportunities than everyone else I contacted in my search. Deb brings to the table professionalism, understanding and a tenacity to complete what she started. Thru communication, research and searching she was able to provide me with numerous opportunities until I found what I was looking for.
