      Pros

      I worked as a contract worker for another company trough sterling engineering, overall no issues with this company.

      Cons

      Benefits are not great, 6 paid holidays and you get about .75 hours of paid time off every week which adds up to about a week after 1 year, it takes few years to get 401k match

      Debbie and the team were relentless in finding not just a job but the right position for my career.
